How did I become a life and period coach?

I stopped taking hormonal contraception after being on the pill for 15 years and felt so alive and at home within myself for the very first time. My body found its rhythm within a natural menstrual cycle and I began to feel at ease, well and cultivated a deep connection to my authentic self.

 A daily cycle charting practice in my journal became part of my morning routine, and allowed me to truly start tuning in to my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies every single day. I learnt about the seasons of the menstrual cycle and cultivated a strong sense of knowing and understanding of the ebbs and flows of the cyclical journey I take every month.

I knew which days my inner critic would show up, when my libido would be off the scale, which days were most productive and when I'd have a tendency to procrastinate, and even which days I want to be playful and dance around my living room in my underwear!

 My cycle is now the ultimate anchor that guides my daily routines, my creativity and wellbeing choices with kindness and self-love. It's what brings me home to my body and what makes me feel like - well, me.
