Menstrual cycle coach

Have you been feeling disconnected from your body, pushing through life or just not feeling like yourself? Well, what if I told you that your menstrual cycle could be the missing piece of the puzzle when it comes to women's health and wellbeing?
Imagine giving yourself a big fat permission slip to rest and retreat when you need to every month so you can be bursting with life, energy and creativity at other times, connect with your body’s true desires and feel more ease, pleasure and joy in your life showing up in the world as the most radiant version of you!
Find Your Flow is a two hour in-person workshop that will strengthen your understanding of your menstrual cycle and allow you to build a nurturing relationship with yourself.
You’ll master the art of Menstrual Cycle Awareness by learning how to chart your cycle, meet the four phases of your cycle and understand what's actually going on in your body each month. You’ll explore how to lean on your cycle to support you in daily life and learn just how powerful your period can be. Sounds good, yes? I'm here to show you how it's done. Come alone or with a friend and join me for a nourishing morning with tea and sweet treats also provided.
Learning how to optimise your cycle can light the way to make time for joy, pleasure and creativity in your day to day life. It can also serve as your permission slip to truly prioritise rest and replenishment to build up inner strength and reserves to support your health and wellbeing.
I believe that practicing Menstrual Cycle Awareness is an invitation to rebalance the masculine and feminine energies within our bodies and our world to allow us to sustain ourselves as well as our planet at this point in history. It’s a tool to show the society that we live in, which is linear and values productivity, that there is a softer, connection-rich way to live our lives.

Can I attend this workshop if I don’t have a natural menstrual cycle? (e.g. taking contraceptive pill, pregnant, breastfeeding, post menopausal or experiencing amenorrhea (the absence of a menstrual period)?
Yes, of course! There is a focus on a natural cycle e.g. menstruation and ovulation in this workshop, this means an experience of a menstrual cycle, whether past or present will help with integrating this work. However, I am able to teach those who do not have a natural cycle an alternative framework to use to chart their 'cycle', so that they can also feel the benefits of connecting with themselves on a deeper level. Please contact me directly via email prior to the workshop if this applies to you to allow me to organise appropriately or if you want to discuss whether this workshop will be relevant to you. There is no age limit for this workshop, though suggested to 18+ as adult content will be discussed.
Do you offer any refunds?
No, there will be no refunds issued. I believe you will follow your instincts and purchase this workshop intentionally if you feel it's a good fit for you. Feel into it and if it's not a full body 'YES' then it's a no.
Will you be teaching fertility awareness/contraception methods in this workshop?
No. This workshop is not intended to teach or provide information on fertility awareness or natural conception/contraception.
I have a question about the workshop, can I contact you directly?
Of course! You can contact me by using the contact form on my website or email me at angharadjamescoaching@gmail.com
How do I sign up for your Period Post newsletter?

Is the workshop open to people who are women but don't menstruate or people who do menstruate but don't identify as women?
I acknowledge that not all women have a menstrual cycle and that there are people who have menstrual cycles who don't identify as women. All people who identify as women or gender non-binary are welcome. However I do feel it's important for me to share that she/her are words that I use to talk about my own body, menstrual cycle and period. I am a cisgender woman and my work in Menstrual Cycle Awareness is rooted in working with my own deeply lived experience of the cycle and some of the words I choose to use when I teach this work include woman, women, female and feminine.
